Mayfair Hotel, Grovesnor Square

It's not very often that you find yourself in the centre of a global news event, but just such an occurance has (nearly) happened to me. The PTC journalism awards I attended last month were held in the Millenium Mayfair Hotel in Grovesnor Square, London.

Yes, that Millenium Mayfair Hotel.

I was feeling a bit off-colour last week, but no one believes I have radiation poisoning. It was more than likely just a case of "man flu" (like normal flu, but a lot worse), and as I'm feeling fine now I'm thinking that my illness was probably not down to the KGB.
